The restaurant says, 'Fifteen years perfecting beef over fire at 8 Boyces Street. This October, the bird takes a turn. Crisp skin and garlic toum want acidity and fizz, and a good sparkling carries the same toast as anything cooked hard over coals.'

Pre-payment is not required, but card details will be taken in line with The Coal Shed’s cancellation policy. Cancellations are required with 24 hours’ notice. £20 per head will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations.

OctoberBest is an annual restaurant festival which is directly linked to the Brighton’s Best Restaurants Dome Award winners of that same year.
