Roasted chicken wing, ginger, lemongrass & garlic broth, served with a crispy shrimp toast fritter sandwich

Sub in a Single Slam +£6.

WEEK 2 — RAMEN

Steak au Poivre
Rare Barfields’ beef, brown butter & green peppercorn tare, smoked Bovril stock, chippy bao butty & tempura chip-shop onions

Veggie — Garlic Mushrooms
Confit Portobello, smoked mushroom broth, black garlic tare, tempura enoki, mushroom ketchup egg & Frazzles rarebit bao.

SLAM TACOS TAKEOVER — Tuesday

Multi-award-winning Slam Tacos take over the Babble kitchen for two nights only.

Hand-pressed fresh tacos. 90 minutes. Eat as many as you can.

£25 per person / £30 + frozen margarita

Last booking: 7pm.

Expect big flavours, loaded tacos and plenty of heat.

Dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options available. Please contact us regarding any other allergies or dietary requirements.

IS THERE A DEPOSIT OR CANCELLATION FEE?

No deposit is required but card details will be taken on booking. There is cancellation policy of 24 hours. A charge of £10 per person will be applied for no-shows or cancellations that fall within the 24 hours.

What is OctoberBest?

OctoberBest is an annual restaurant festival which is directly linked to the Brighton’s Best Restaurants Dome Award winners of that same year. Winners of One, Two and Three Domes, as well as those awarded a Local Favourite rating are invited to participate. During one designated fortnight in October, each restaurant offers diners a special menu which best showcases their food. It’s a great opportunity for restaurants to attract new customers, and for diners to try somewhere new at a discounted price.
